Internship - Commercial Real Estate
(Sales, Analytics, Marketing) 

As a market-leading, internationally ranked commercial real estate services brokerage firm, NAI DiLeo-Bram (NAIDB) continually seeks rising-senior college students to serve as an Intern in our Woodbridge, New Jersey office.

We are looking for ambitious students currently enrolled in a four-year college/university with an interest in commercial real estate, transaction structures and a potential brokerage career to help assist with our top corporate and high-net-worth client base. Individuals have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals at the firm and assist with a wide range of activities related to the commercial real estate business.

Individuals will have a chance to learn the “ins and outs” of the commercial real estate industry utilizing a broad-based approach, from mining and interpreting financial and market data to property marketing and deal structuring. We are in need of motivated, disciplined and determined individuals with a strong desire to be part of our collaborative team-based atmosphere and will embrace the opportunity to learn about leasing and selling commercial real estate assets (industrial, office, retail, land and multifamily).

Job Description:

Interns will have the opportunity to gain experience in the

  • Evaluation of Property-Specific Market Trends

  • Development of Property-Marketing Campaigns

  • Overview / Execution of Property Marketing Plans

  • Marketing Plan Assessments / Effectiveness

  • Tenant Risk Factor Assessments

  • Property Evaluation Process

Preliminary duties / tasks* include:

  • Developing and maintaining property marketing campaigns

  • Discovering and tracking available listings

  • Preparing documents supporting valuations

  • Researching commercial property details using proprietary databases and online sources

  • Managing networking system

  • Basic property photography in assigned territories

  • Creating postcards & various marketing materials

  • Creating & maintain data sources for Comparable Sales & Leasing

  • Assisting with general administrative duties as assigned: answer phone calls, manage calendars & maintain contacts

*If licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey, interns may show properties on an as-needed basis

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Computer fluent

  • Desire to learn about the Commercial Real Estate Industry

  • Diligent worker and team player

  • Personable

  • Proficient level in Word & Excel required; Illustrator, Photoshop and/or InDesign a PLUS

  • Ability to speak a second language, a PLUS

  • Position Type: Part-time (15 - 20 hours/week / min. 8 weeks) 

  • Compensation: College Credit / Stipend (???)
