NAI DiLeo-Bram Named Exclusive Leasing Broker for Two Prime Industrial Properties in Central New Jersey

East Brunswick/Union, N.J. (June 25, 2025) – NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) has been named the exclusive leasing broker for two industrial properties within Central Jersey’s Middlesex and Union counties. The firm’s latest assignments involve a 21,000-square-foot freestanding facility in East Brunswick as well as a 29,485-square-foot warehouse in Union, both of which are ideally suited for warehouse, distribution, logistics and supply chain operators.
Leasing for the East Brunswick property, located at 17 Kennedy Blvd., is being spearheaded by NAIDB Principal Eric B. Johnston. The first includes 13,500 square feet and features one loading dock, four drive-in doors and all-new windows. The second unit, spanning 15,985 square feet, offers one loading dock.
